What we believe in
We believe that wine is like a person with different nuances, stories to tell, uniqueness to accept, to respect and to try to read in different ways. We believe in those producers – people – who are not aesthetic surgeons, but courageous and free guardians of the soil, of the vineyard, of the eternity perhaps.
We believe in the verb “to drink”, a little less in “to taste”.
We strongly believe in (bio)diversity.
We believe that natural wine is a choice and we feel lucky to be able to make it.
We believe in the beauty of what exists without necessarily adapting to “aesthetic canons” and “market rules”, we believe in the beauty created by time.
