Where this wine come from?

Bencze is a young Hungarian winery, located in the region of Hajdú-Bihar, a family business founded by István Bencze in 2011 which works on 15 certified biodynamic hectares. The main goal of the winemaker is to produce natural wines in order to show the maximum potential of the territory through the autochthonous vines Riesling, Pinot Noir and Chenin blanc.
“For us – István explains – it is essential to cultivate the best grapes at the highest possible level of balance. Without the use of any additives, we can preserve the original personalities and energy that pro- comes from the vines.”
