Promiscuo is a blend of three Tuscany grapes which define a decisive red wine. Mostly prugnolo gentile and gamay del trasimeno but with a small % of a different Sangiovese. Short maceration with skin contact and then aged in steel.
Promiscuo is definitively a funky wine…keep in mind for funky lovers.

Where this wine come from?
The farm “I Cangianti By Stoppini” was born on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. This is an idea of Stoppini’s brothers, with their mission to produce natural wines with spontaneous fermentation as such their grandparents thought them. Wines are made without adding any chemical ingredients, fermentations are spontaneous usually into vats and steel barrels, using ancient and modern techniques.
