WHAT DOES THIS WINE TELL US?
Two harvests of the same plants in two different moments: an earlier one to achieve natural acidity of the grapes and citrus notes of the variety and a later one to have a deeper maturation. Then the two parts are joined together again during vinification. So what we get with this wine is the ultimate expression of the variety, Yin and Yang of Garnacha Blanca.

Where this wine come from?
Celler Frisach winery is located in the uncontaminated natural environment of Tarragona, a region of southern Catalonia in Spain. Wide vineyards, olive trees and other crops draw a sober landscape of hills and suggestive plains. The family’s profession of farming dates back to more than 200 years ago, however it was the brothers Joan and Francesc to launch in 2009 the Celler Frisach project in order to value the work, the territory and the vineyards received by their ancestors.
