This wine has a fruity acidity with a “demanding” note, it’s not so “glu glu glu”. On the nose it offers aromas of green apple and lemon. In the mouth it has hints of saline and palate-cleansing acidity.
BEST MATCH: With its acidity it goes along well with fish and seafood in general.
