Calalta’s Davvero is a Rhine Riesling with an opalescent amber color, its complexity reveals notes of ripe fruit alongside balsamic hints of camphor. Fresh, savory and enveloping, it closes with a pleasant tannic sensation thanks to his mid-short maceration (10 days)

Where this wine come from?
Calalta is a small farm located in the hills at the foot of Monte Grappa, between 150 and 200 meters above sea level. It is immersed in a park of 16 hectares where woods, olive trees, fruit trees and a small lake promote a wide biodiversity, creating a true natural oasis with a particularly favorable microclimate. Calalta work is respectful and delicate: “we take care of this reality to grow together with it with humility and patience, but also with a great desire to have fun.”
